Today I went to SF to get my VW title and tags with my step dad. It wasn't the horror that DMV usually is but it was still slow in some spots and while I was there I got my drivers licence renewed with a new picture ACK! Pregnant and not looking the best, but its something to put in the baby book when we move! I also missed 2 questions on the test! Not bad for some one who did not study! Then we went to the conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park. We saw the Recycled San Francisco, very small show but they only had a few landmarks but it was nice to see the exhibit.
So I am walking a bit more so instead of waiting in SF for Jeremy I have decided to take BART to the home and rest a bit so this is the first time, and hopefully not the last, bumpy will take Public Transit (PT)
This is an every day with pictures of the journey that goes through every pregnant person but for me it will be the first time.

Moving on up
Well yesterday was a twist and turn of things found and things lost again at least in boxes. Found the title of my Ford, but not in the place that I thought it was. Have that as a good reminder of my 2nd but 1st car I paid-in-full as a "responcible" adult. Bumpy was quite all day, kicking a few times when it was streaching out, but all was quite. BIL was not happy to not have the car up and running due to rock hard putty in one bolt that kept everything held up. Will write more when I get home food has now arrived.

One Month since the accident this afternoon
How time sometimes flys or stands still. Just last month in the morning I was getting back to work at least getting better from the weekend cold that instead of a 5 day week brought me down to a 3 day work week and hearing other people sneeze at the office making me want to throw them out of work so they can get better sooner.
I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow to check to see if Bumpy is doing fine. Last night AC/DC was kicking up a storm and all I could see is a lump form each time. I can't tell if its an elbow or a foot yet. Since its only 6 months (and officially in 3rd Tri status now), with out a ultra sound to show me what direction the baby's body is located I can't tell what body part is making my skin move.
I will soon take an official Bump picture to show the world what my belly looks like at 27 weeks. I think people have an idea what the belly looks like but I don't have one on record.
T-minus 10 days to the move! I can't wait for a clean start to make a home for AC/DC. Its going to be weird for me because this will be the 4th move in my life and the first for baby. I don't know if it counts in the womb, but to me it does.

Staying home for a week MD's orders
Well I tried to survive last week at work with my back the way it is since the auto accident, each day getting progressively sleeper and in pain for most of it. I tried making appointments with my PCP but of course because I don't have a car or a unlimited cash fund for a taxi I couldn't make it till Friday. So I am at home this week and because I need to see the Physical Therapist and my PCP again to evaluate me to see if one week will be enough time off of work to recover at least some mobility so I can drive (which I don't think so but PCP may have other ideas and opinions.
Happy Valentines day! Me and Hubby did something real special for the Grand parents but until I can send the cards out I can't say what we did. But it is very nice and we put a lot of thought in to the cards.
This week marks the 24th week of Bumpy's residency in side my womb. It also means if the MD's need to get Bumpy out it will be at better odds to survive on its own, all be it a premie and in the NICU for a while, but we are hoping for the best case where it comes out in a little over 15 weeks from now. Surreal. Its been kicking me and punching me most of the time so its getting ready for the big day.
I got a lot of yarn from Hubby's mom this past week. Its a multi colored kind that I made a few scarfs out of last winter when we went to see his mom last winter. I will post the finished blanket when it is done. It might not be done till May or even June, but its going to be something that is very nice and I think Bumpy will love it. I have a quilt that was made by me, hubby, SIL and Ivy, but mostly everyone is going to say it was made with love by mommy. It was my idea to make a patchwork quilt with squares of Winnie the Pooh fabric, but after I cut the pieces, and started to pin it to where I would like it, I saw that they pre-made some quilt fabric I was ticked because I would have had to do is sew the backing on and been done a lot sooner. Mostly I like mine better and I think Bumpy will like it too.

Car Accident
This afternoon I was going home and when I was fully stopped waiting for a left turner to turn left and all I hear is screching tires and a second later I was flying forward and slightly hitting the car infrount of me. I called emergency 911 and got an ambulance to come because of Bumpy and my neck hurt alot. I was strapped to the board due to the head rest hit the back of my neck. The car might be a loss because they had to tow the car because it wouldn't start after I turned it off as the police requested. I was taken to KP in redwood city. Which I find out actually has a L&D de partment contrary to SSFO KP. I kept asking for Jeremy and water. I was't told when the cop called Jeremy if he was told what KP I was at. I called and he was on his way and when he got there I asked him to called my dad because he needed to know and to call the insurance to get started on the claim. He couldn't do it but if he could he would.
It took them an hour I'd say or longer to get me out of the head board and cat-scaned. The doc stated he wanted me xrayed but some how his orders were not taken. I was discharged from the ER and taken to the 2nd floor to L&D. There they hooked me up to a fetal heart and contraction monitor and Hubby got to hear the HB (152 per min) for the first time. He was happy but wasn't too happy that he heard it at the hospital when I was injured. More tomorrow I am very tired.
