woke up at one didn't go back to sleep till 2:40 ish

I don't know what happened to my brain last night. I believe I was sound asleep had the cats at the foot of the bed and the hubby next to me in a good sleeping pattern. But some one in my head turned on the lights and didn't want to shut down after I went to the potty. I drank water, went into the card board living room, pet the cats. Hubby woke up at 2:30 and talked me into coming to bed (I was about to fall asleep on the floor). He put the snoogle around me and it took me 10 more minutes to physically fall asleep. Can someone say cat nap today?
